CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE VENTE (CGV)

1. CHAMP D'APPLICATION
Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente 
s'appliquent à toutes les commandes passées via 
la boutique en ligne de Rejet Distillerie, 
un projet de Das Ginwerk CH.

En passant commande, le client accepte les 
présentes CGV dans leur version en vigueur 
au moment de la commande.

2. PROTECTION DE LA JEUNESSE
La vente d'alcool est strictement interdite 
aux personnes de moins de 18 ans.
En passant commande, le client confirme 
avoir au moins 18 ans.

3. COMMANDES
Toute commande passée sur rejetdistillerie.ch 
constitue un contrat de vente entre le client 
et Das Ginwerk CH.
La confirmation de commande est envoyée 
par e-mail après réception du paiement.

4. PRIX
Tous les prix sont indiqués en CHF, 
TVA incluse. Les frais de livraison sont 
affichés séparément lors du passage 
en caisse.

5. LIVRAISON
Livraison en Suisse uniquement.
Délai de livraison: 3 à 5 jours ouvrables.
Livraison gratuite dès CHF 100 d'achat.
Transporteurs: Swiss Post / DPD

6. DROIT DE RÉTRACTATION
Conformément au droit suisse, vous disposez 
d'un délai de 14 jours pour retourner tout 
article non ouvert dans son état d'origine.
Les frais de retour sont à la charge 
du client.
Produits ouverts ou endommagés: non 
repris.

7. GARANTIE
Das Ginwerk CH garantit que tous les 
produits sont conformes aux 
réglementations suisses en vigueur.
En cas de produit défectueux, contactez-nous 
dans les 48h suivant la réception:

8. RESPONSABILITÉ
Das Ginwerk CH décline toute 
responsabilité pour les dommages 
indirects liés à l'utilisation 
de ses produits.

9. DROIT APPLICABLE
Les présentes CGV sont soumises 
au droit suisse.

1. SCOPE
These General Terms and Conditions apply 
to all orders placed via the online store 
of Rejet Distillerie, a project of

By placing an order, the customer accepts 
these GTC as applicable at the time 
of the order.

2. YOUTH PROTECTION
The sale of alcohol to persons under 
18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
By placing an order, the customer confirms 
being at least 18 years of age.

3. ORDERS
Any order placed on rejetdistillerie.ch 
constitutes a sales contract between 
the customer and Das Ginwerk CH.
An order confirmation is sent by email 
upon receipt of payment.

4. PRICES
All prices are in CHF, including VAT. 
Shipping costs are displayed separately 
at checkout.

5. DELIVERY
Delivery within Switzerland only.
Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.
Free shipping on orders over CHF 100.
Carriers: Swiss Post / DPD

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under Swiss law, you have 14 days to 
return any unopened item in its 
original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne 
by the customer.
Opened or damaged products cannot 
be returned.

7. WARRANTY
Das Ginwerk CH guarantees that all 
products comply with applicable 
Swiss regulations.
In case of a defective product, contact 
us within 48 hours of receipt:

8. LIABILITY
Das Ginwerk CH accepts no liability 
for indirect damages related to 
the use of its products.

9. APPLICABLE LAW
These GTC are governed by Swiss law.
Place of jurisdiction: Canton of Vaud, 
Switzerland.
